DDD Reports FY2025 Net Profit of THB 68.05 Million, Up 233% YoY; Board Approves Dividend of THB 0.03 per Share

Do Day Dream Public Company Limited (DDD) reported its financial performance for the fiscal year 2025, achieving net profit of THB 68.05 million, representing a 233% increase year-on-year. The Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend of THB 0.03 per share, with the ex-dividend (XD) date set for 30 April 2026.

Do Day Dream Public Company Limited (DDD), a manufacturer and distributor of skincare products, oral care products, hair styling equipment, beauty accessories, health products, kitchenware, and lifestyle products under leading brands including SNAILWHITE, NAMU LIFE, OXE'CURE, SPARKLE, LESASHA, JASON, MAKAVELIC, EMJOI, @HOME, as well as VALERA and ELCHIM, announced its operating results for 2025 with key highlights as follows:

For FY2025, the Company recorded total sales revenue of THB 1,342.84 million, representing a decrease of 5.90% compared to the previous year. The decline was primarily attributable to:

  • A slowdown in the overall economy driven by geopolitical factors, leading to more cautious consumer spending, as well as intensified competition in the beauty products segment. As a result, revenue from the skincare segment declined by 12.60% year-on-year, including a 39.45% decrease in international sales. This was mainly due to the restructuring of overseas operations in certain markets from joint ventures to authorized distributors, resulting in a shift in revenue recognition from end-customer sales to wholesale pricing.
  • Nevertheless, domestic sales increased by 13.58% year-on-year, driven by strong demand for products under the SPARKLE brand. The Company also continued to expand its online distribution channels to enhance customer reach and sustain growth.
  • Revenue from the beauty products segment increased by 5.45% year-on-year, supported by strategic adjustments and continuous sales activation initiatives, with LESASHA remaining a key driver of growth in this segment.

Cost of goods sold for 2025 totaled THB 551.66 million, decreasing by 9.98% year-on-year, driven by effective cost management, full capacity utilization of production facilities, and economies of scale. In addition, there were no bulk (big lot) sales transactions with key overseas customers during the year.

Selling expenses amounted to THB 394 million, decreasing by 16.02% year-on-year, primarily due to reduced promotional expenses under the Company’s cost control policies and continuous strategic adjustments, including the expansion of sales channels to improve customer accessibility.

Administrative expenses totaled THB 349.17 million, decreasing by 5.89% year-on-year, in line with the Company’s strategic objective to enhance cost efficiency across the organization.

As a result, the Company reported a net profit of THB 68.05 million, an increase of THB 47.59 million or 233% year-on-year, with net profit margin improving from 1.37% to 4.92% of total revenue.

On the same day, the Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of THB 0.03 per share, totaling not more than THB 9,491,178 (excluding treasury shares), with the ex-dividend (XD) date set for 30 April 2026 and payment scheduled for 22 May 2026.

Looking ahead to 2026, DDD will continue to explore expansion opportunities across all business channels, both online and offline, including strategic partnerships to enhance business capabilities and strengthen long-term growth. The Company remains committed to introducing innovative products that align with evolving consumer needs and lifestyles.
