Funds raised to support business expansion, setting top international brand position as a goal

Do Day Dream Public Company Limited or ‘DDD’ recently appointed as Bualuang Securities Pcl its lead underwriter for its initial public offering (IPO) project. The subscription for the 76 million newly issued shares will be open from 14 – 15 and 18 December 2017 at 53.00 baht per share. The first trading day on the Stock Exchange of Thailand is scheduled for 26 December 2017. Funds raised under this IPO program will be used in expanding the company’s production capacity and distribution channels in response to the higher market demand in Thailand and abroad, also to improve R&D department, ensuring sustainable and unceasing business growth. The company also appointed    Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited, Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited, SCB Securities Company Limited and Thanachart Securities Public Company Limited as the co-underwriters.
